In order to write a quality and responsive contents for your site you have to add images in your site's content. Images also have great importance in SEO. Thus, crawlers can't read images but they can read alt tags which are added to the images. Most users mostly mobile users which can't see images, they can see alt text instead of images for better understanding.

How to use alt tags in blogger

To use alt tags to images in blogger follow below steps:

1. open your post editor
2. upload your image
3. click on image and then select properties option ( see below screenshot for better understanding):
   
4. After clicking on properties you see a dialogue box. At their enter your alt text. (see below screenshot for better understanding):
   
5. After adding your alt ext click on ok and you done!.

How to use alt tags by using HTML

To add or use alt tags to images using HTML follow below steps:

first of all write your image tag. which looks like this:

Now to add alt text add this tag alt="your alt text here" after img. After adding your alt text your source code will looks like this one :
