• Login to your facebook account
• Goto your profile
• Now click on View activity log
  
• Now at left sidebar at second last point click on "more" link:
  
• Now scroll down and at last you should see a option of search click on it:
  
• Now at their all your search history is seen. At the top right corner their is option of Clear searches just click on it
  
• Congratulations! you have successfully Clear your search history.
