It means that you will get 0.5$ for every survey and other 0.5$ will be of Google. Therefore, google will set 50/50 commission.

This is enough if you have good traffic to your site. The more traffic you receive the more surveys will be done and the more earning you get. Let it suppose, if there are 20% of your 100K/month visitors completed the surveys then you will receive 1000$. Hmm sounds nicer.

First get started first be sure to sign in your adsense account.

1.  Now go to google consumer surveys site. and at top menu at right side click on website owner >> Monetize your website.
   
2. Now you will see a form with site name, site domain and language option. Simply fill out the form and click on the Submit button.
3. Now you will be directed toward the Publishers Terms of Services page which you have approve to get proceed to next step.
4. Now follow the instructions of implementing the code in your site. There are two chunk of codes first one is added in the sites body tag. Just right after starting of body tag. and second one is where you want to display the surveys. You have to wrap the content with the provided code. Note: for Blogger users before adding the code in body tag first parse it by using HTML parser tool. Just same like you parse the adsense ad code.

This time they only accept the publishers from USA, Canada and UK only. But google said that in coming months more countries will be added.
