There are two paid plans which are Subscription Download and Download on Demand. 

• In Subscription Download there are only 9.99$ per month and in that month you can download two types of concepts of logos and business cards.( The Concept means the design of logo. You can create two logo or business card concepts and then download as many times as you want but the concepts are only two).Recurring payments. Download more and pay less. Logos, business cards, envelopes and letterheads/fax covers design files. All JPEG, PNG and vector sizes. For 6 months you charged 29.99$ in which there are 12 downloads. And similarly for 1 Year you will charged 49.99$ in which there are 25 Downloads ( means logo designs which you can download :)).
• In download on demand there is only one time payment. You can put your demand to the company and they will design a logo for you which you demanded. You only charged 9.99$ for each demand. And I think if you want to create only one logo then this plan is best.

How to Get Started

Go to Logaster.com 

Now click on the Menu Icon at right and then on Create and then select the Logo option. For better understanding follow the image:

Now Type your company name and choose type of your company

Now Select your logo and Click on the Edit Concept

Now at there simply edit your logo and customize it as you want. You can also change the logo icon, Text font, or text color.

Now after you have completed your customization now click on next button.

Now you will see you logo and ready to save. Simply click save button.

Now after click on save logo now you have to create an account at there. You can also sign in with your facebook, yahoo or google account.

Now after signing in you can download you logo for free or you can pay for it. In free version the logo is in small size and there is also water marks on it. That's why I recommend you to buy you logo. Look, the logo isn't too expensive. It is just for 9.99$ worth. Which is not expensive.
