How to Request/Create "FOR SALE" Facebook Group

Recently Facebook introduced a new feature for facebook groups which is adding "For Sale" option to your facebook group. Facebook have been mentioned this feature in its Annoucement. This feature is designed to improve the way of buying and selling on Facebook.

This new feature will let the members create a post where you can set price of product, adds a description of product and also setup a pickup or delivery location. Just like ebay. This feature is really very helpful for those who wants to sell there product on facebook.

To request for a for sale group to facebook, means to request to facebook for adding this new for sale feature to your group just go to the facebook request form, (the link is add above). And then simply fill the form and click on the submit button. That's it.

Is there any criteria for Groups for this feature?

Well, the facebook did not mention any crieteria for groups for this new feature in its annoucement, but they did give a few examples of groups which got this feature.

One group had 4,500 members and the other example had 34,000 members

Facebook said that they will add more features to facebook for sale groups to enhance these groups. They will make it more easier for members to connect with each other, browse the products for sale and search..
